Happy things (i think)

Someone commented that my blog is depressing.
I took a look at it, and realised that yes, i am really only writing depressing stuff.
So today, i will blog about happy stuff.

I eat Boston cream pie, cheesecakes, chocolate cake, cranberry pies, ice cream etc for dessert everyday.
It is super yummy. So yummy that i have to restrict my diet now. Every meal i force myself to take only 1 plate of food cos i dun want to get fat! but theres so many things i want to eat so in the end my 1 plate is piled up damn high instead. By the way, when i first came here, i used to eat like 3 plates of food every meal. haha!!

I get tips sometimes when i am cleaning the guestrooms. After working for so long, i have discovered the best tactic to get tips is to talk to the guests. Like chat with them about their day, and tadah! confirm give u tips. This trick seldom fails. haha! The biggest tip that i have gotten is like 20 USD from one guest. WOOHOO! but that happened like only once la.. heh. Most of the time the guests leave before i can talk to them so there will b no tips. I have had several working days where i didnt get a single cent as well!

i watched the sunset twice so far. And i really saw the sun go down the horizon. The sky is blue and clear most of the time so its pretty nice. shall try to take a pic of the clear blue sky one of these days.

All of my frens have moved to the new dorm where there is wireless internet access(wow!). But i am still stuck in the old dorm. Mayb if i am lucky and i see the HR manager later, i can request to go to the new dorm as well. The new dorm is like a hotel it even have 2 gyms. How cool is that??

The most exciting thing that happened last week is the arrival of a herd of firefighters. They are ALL tall and look super cool and they move around in a herd. When they come to eat in the dining room, they have to march in a single file to wash their hands in the toilets first. Then they will walk in a single file to get their food and sit down together to eat. And they are all dressed alike. They really look super cool BUT they eat up all the food. Serious! There was once, we saw them marching to the room and my friend and i were like: uh-oh we are too late!! Then we started SPRINTING (reallly) just to get there before them. And they saw and they were like.." quick quick or we will finish up all the food!!!" i am serious. They eat like 3 plates of food each and there are like 20 of them!!! haha!! too bad they will b leaving next week. I will miss the eye candies...

Another happy news. Its my chinese birthday today (says my mum).
