Changes

I have been trying to lead a healthy lifestyle for this new year, but unfortunately i am still TRYING.

Supposed to eat fast food only like once a month.
Supposed to exercise at least once every week.
Supposed to eat fruits daily.
Supposed to sleep early and wake up early.

up till now,
i eat fast food like nearly every week (sometimes even twice a week)
exercise like once a month
eat fruits when i remember
haha
but .. i do sleep early and wake up early!

really really need to get fit and healthy and shed some weight.
put on like another 2-3 kg since i got back from USA half a year ago.

please help me!
any tips to share on dieting/ detoxing/ exercising/ leading a healthy lifestyle???

running is good.. the tummy oso goes off.. =P run once a week la..
i oso hafen been eating fruits.. everytime after meal too full liaoz.. if eat fruits become bloated.. dun eat then afterwards forget to eat oso.. wahhaha
