I was feeling bored just now, so i decided to read my own blog.
I've kept this blog for a long time, for more than 3 years now.
And it kinda shows how much i have changed over time.
1. I am so proud of myself for blogging in Japanese back in 2006. Its really a pity that i have returned almost all my knowledge to my sen-sei. :( I am so ashamed to say, i can only understand like 3/4 of what i wrote last time.
New goal in life: I am determined to re-pick up my Japanese and be fluent in that language!
2. Feeling nostalgia about my USA trip back in 2006. That was probably THE most exciting experience of my lifetime. Sad to say, i feel that i no longer have the energy/ time to relive all that again. Too much at stake to give up now. (e.g.: Monthly salary) But i do dream of going for a long backpacking trip again, to see the world and experience the excitement!
3. Finally losing the weight that i gained in 2006. As i have blogged in 2006, i gained 2 / 3 kg after my US trip. That was the results of eating trans-fat burgers / buffet meals everyday. After i started work, it was impossible to lose the weight. I was desk bound and got lazy at exercising. But recently, an old friend inspired me to take up YOGA. So i got hooked on pracitising hot yoga, and my weight has dropped to before 2006 days. Isn't it great? More importantly, i feel really good after my yoga session. Hot yoga really makes you sweat buckets.
My New Motivation: To practise yoga regularly for keeping fit!
